Quality: We ordered 1,000 custom-printed pieces, but 520 arrived with permanent defects that have stained the glass. These defects are not removable, and many are severe, making the jars completely unusable. This level of quality control failure is unacceptable. Service: When we reached out for replacements, the company refused to send them unless we placed an additional order—an unprofessional response that shows a complete lack of accountability. As a result, we are now left without bottles, directly impacting our business operations. This was our second order with them, but given the poor resolution process and unwillingness to take responsibility, we will not be ordering again. If you rely on quality products and customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
They are now ignoring all communications with us although they still owe us our replacements, they have been challenging to deal with.
